Shane Kuss
Shane Kuss has been with the Ravens since 2018 after a successful coaching tenure in the BC Hockey League and PIJHL before that. Prior to his coaching career, Shane had the most prolific playing career in BCHL history, amassing 418 points in four seasons, still holding the record for most career points in the league. Currently, Shane is the Lead Professional Skill provider for Semiahmoo Minor Hockey in addition to coaching the U11 A1 team. He was also the co-coach of the Provincial Champion U13 A1 team for Semi Hockey in 2019.

Matt Erhart
Matt joined the Ravens in 2018 after coaching the Surrey Eagles (BCHL) and Vancouver Giants (WHL) for three seasons each. Prior to his coaching career, Matt played in the BC Hockey League for two seasons before playing in the NCAA with Quinnipiac. Currently, Matt is the Lead Professional Skills provider for Semiahmoo Minor Hockey in addition to coaching the U13 A1 team. He was the co-coach of the Provincial Champion U13 A1 team for Semi Hockey in 2019. He has also led our U13 A1 team to the Quebec International Hockey Tournament on three occasions.

HARRY FREDEMAN
Harry has over ten years of high-level hockey experience. His hockey career includes four seasons playing in the Pacific Junior Hockey League (PJHL), where he secured a scholarship to Trinity Western University (BCIHL) following his final season. After two seasons with the Spartans, Harry pursued professional aspirations overseas. After a season with IFK Ore in the second Division in Sweden, he transferred to the University of Alberta-Augustana, where he played three seasons for the Vikings of the ACAC to conclude his playing career. Harry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Alberta-Augustana. He then founded Stage One Goaltending Inc. in August 2018 following the completion of his Undergraduate Degree, and has been working alongside goaltenders from numerous Minor Hockey Associations and Junior Hockey programs throughout the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley.
